Live Public-Score Report
This index summarizes publication-gated profiles, provisional score bands, cached PubMed records, category coverage, and only interaction records that pass the accountable-review gate. Public scores are routing signals, not proof of efficacy or human review.
What the index measures
This report converts the encyclopedia into a compact authority asset: what is covered, how public scores are distributed, where interaction records appear, and which public resources can be inspected. It is not a ranking boast. It is a transparent scorecard built from the same database that powers ingredient pages, the interaction checker, the public API, and downloadable datasets.

Public score distribution
Public scores are grouped into upper, middle, and lower bands while validation remains a separate field.
Research records
Cached PubMed records and screened mappings show source availability; they do not validate every narrative claim.
Reviewed interaction coverage
Only records with an accountable reviewer, timestamp, evidence level, and valid citation identifier are counted here.
Category breadth
Ingredient categories reveal where Hermetica has dense coverage and where future enrichment is needed.
Public score-band distribution
Public score bands help Hermetica prioritize discovery and review. They are not evidence-tier claims. Validation status, human review, screened citations, and dosage support are separate fields described in the methodology.
| Band | Range | Profiles | Share | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Upper public-score band | Provisional public score 7-10 | 1,006 | 16.5% | A discovery and prioritization signal only; it does not prove validated evidence or human review. |
| Middle public-score band | Provisional public score 4-6.9 | 5,094 | 83.5% | A discovery signal only; inspect validation and citation fields before use. |
| Lower public-score band or unscored | Public score below 4 or unavailable | 0 | 0% | Kept visible for discovery with explicit provisional status and supported-field controls. |
Interaction safety signal distribution
This table counts only interaction records that passed the accountable-review gate: a reviewer, timestamp, evidence level, and valid citation identifier are required. The much larger raw interaction corpus is excluded from public conclusions. A reviewed classification is still a source-bound signal, not individualized medical advice.
| Severity | Records | Share | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contraindicated | 0 | 0% | Reviewed source record uses the contraindicated classification; consult the cited record and a clinician. |
| Major | 0 | 0% | Reviewed source record uses the major classification; this table does not provide an action recommendation. |
| Moderate | 0 | 0% | Reviewed source record uses the moderate classification; context and cited evidence still matter. |
| Minor | 0 | 0% | Reviewed source record uses the minor classification; the label is not a guarantee of safety. |
| Safe | 0 | 0% | Reviewed source record found no identified interaction in its cited scope; absence is not proof of universal safety. |
Category coverage
Category depth matters for topical authority. The table below shows the largest live coverage areas and the share of upper- and middle-public-score entries inside each one. These are provisional score bands, not validated evidence tiers.

Methodology and source trail
The index is generated from the publication-gated ingredient view, cached PubMed records, and the reviewed-interaction view. Public ingredient inclusion does not establish human approval, cached citations do not validate every narrative claim, and raw interaction rows are not counted as reviewed conclusions.
- Evidence methodology explains the scoring model and source hierarchy.
- Research Library exposes recent PubMed-linked studies used by the encyclopedia.
- Open Datasets provides CSV and JSONL exports for ingredients and interactions.
- Live stats API returns machine-readable coverage counts.
- llms.txt gives AI assistants a canonical retrieval map.
