The Short Answer

This page surfaces recent PubMed records whose PMIDs remain mapped to a publication-gated ingredient profile after screening. A PubMed record does not prove human clinical support or validate the profile narrative; inspect the article and profile review state directly.

    How this list is built

Every Sunday at 04:00 UTC a cron job calls the NCBI E-utilities esearch endpoint for eligible publication-gated ingredient name with a 365-day recency filter, sorts by publication date, and stores the top 5 PMIDs per ingredient. A second pass calls esummary to hydrate title/journal/year metadata into our pubmed_citations cache. The ranked feed you see here is read directly from those tables.
