Every batch of every Hermetica Superfoods product is independently tested by a third-party laboratory before it ships. We do not rely on supplier-provided Certificates of Analysis — we pay for our own testing because the supplement industry has a 70%+ mislabeling rate and we won't participate in that.
Results are available to any customer on request. Email admin@hermeticasuperfoods.com with your order number and the product you want to see the COA for, and we'll send the most recent batch result within 24 hours.
HPLC / DNA / microscopy confirms that the raw material in the bottle is what the label says — not a cheaper substitute, not a contaminated lookalike.
Quantitative analysis confirms the active compound concentration matches the label claim (e.g. withanolide % in ashwagandha, beta- glucan % in mushroom extracts).
ICP-MS testing for lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium against Prop 65 limits — stricter than FDA requirements for most supplements.
Total plate count, yeast, mold, E. coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus aureus per USP <2021> / <2023> standards.
