Quality Document Availability & Verification
Product- and lot-specific proof controls. No blanket testing or certification claim.
What this page can and cannot establish
A package image, supplier sample, generic manufacturing statement, or ingredient encyclopedia entry is not a finished-batch Certificate of Analysis. Quality claims must be tied to the exact product, lot, test method, laboratory, report date, and reviewed source artifact.
You may request available documents by emailing admin@hermeticasuperfoods.com with the product and printed lot number. Availability varies by product and lot. If a requested artifact is unavailable or does not establish a claim, that claim remains unverified rather than being inferred.
What a strong quality document may cover
🔬 Identity verification
An appropriate identity method may include HPLC, DNA, microscopy, or another validated method. The report must identify the tested material and lot; the method name alone is not proof.
⚗️ Potency / assay
A quantitative assay can compare a measured constituent with a declared specification. Verify units, method, specification, result, and whether the tested lot matches the product in hand.
⚠️ Heavy metals
A report may include lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium results. Interpret limits only with the stated serving, jurisdiction, laboratory method, and applicable specification.
🦠 Microbial contaminants
A microbial panel may include total count, yeast, mold, and named pathogens. Confirm the exact method, acceptance limits, result, and lot.
🧪 Residual solvents
Extract documentation may include residual-solvent results when relevant to the manufacturing process. A generic policy does not establish that a specific lot passed.
🌱 Pesticides
Botanical documentation may include a multi-residue pesticide panel. Coverage, detection limits, specification, and lot linkage must be inspected rather than inferred from panel size.
Documents to verify
- Manufacturing certification — inspect the named facility, certifying body, scope, and validity dates
- Batch documentation — verify the lot-specific report, laboratory identity, methods, and dates rather than assuming blanket coverage
- Non-GMO status — require a current product- or ingredient-specific attestation before representing it as verified
- Allergen controls — inspect the current label, facility statement, methods, and product-specific applicability
- Traceable sourcing — country-of-origin and supplier-chain records should be inspected where available
