Linezolid + DuloxetineFDA contraindication. Same linezolid-serotonergic drug interaction as with SSRIs. Use only if infection is life-threatening with no alternative antibiotic.
Linezolid + FluoxetineFDA contraindication. If linezolid is essential, fluoxetine must be stopped 5+ weeks beforehand due to very long half-life of active metabolite.
